dc.description.abstractThe study aims to determine the role of the future time perspective on career adaptability of final semester undergraduate students at the USU. This study used a quantitative method with simple linear regression statistical analysis using software Jamovie 23th version. The total respondent for this study are 332 final semester students at the USU and analyzed using a purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Career Adaptability Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS) Indonesian Form translated by Sulistiani (2019) based on aspects according to Savickas (2013) to measure career adaptability and the future time perspective scale which is arranged based on aspects according to Husman (2012) to measure future time perspective. The results of the study found that the future time perspective has a significant effect on career adaptability with an r value of 0.541 with a significance level of <0.001. The score is 0.292, which means that the future time perspective plays a role of 29% on career adaptability.en_US
