dc.description.abstractKawah Putih Tinggi Raja folklore is one of the oral literature that developed around the people of Dolok Mawara Village. This study aims to describe the values of local wisdom in Mite Kawah Putih Tinggi Raja with a view of religious anthropology. The source of this research data comes from myths or myths that develop in the surrounding community. The data collection method was carried out in two stages, namely library research followed by field research. Analytical descriptive method is used to analyze the data that has been obtained. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between religion and the culture of the local community, especially in protecting the environment. The correlation between the two is reflected in the abstinence rules contained in Kawah Putih Tinggi Raja.en_US
