dc.description.abstractJaran Kepang is an art that has developed until now, especially in the Perbaungan area, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra. This development made the government hold a Jaran Kepang festival to celebrate the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day. The Condong Kencono Studio and the Turonggo Seto Studio also participated in enlivening the festival, and in the assessment Condong Kencono won and Turonggo Seto suffered a defeat. In this case, of course the management system between the two studios has differences, because a good management system can create success in a studio. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the management system between the two studios and describe how the lives of the two groups in the studio. the method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The author uses data collection in the form of observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study explain that the work environment in the leaning kencono studio has good closeness between the board and members, a comfortable work environment, the board really cares about its members from internal to external problems. The leaning kencono management system has a good organizational structure, members are free to express opinions and decisions are made by deliberation and work programs are carried out regularly. In the turonggo seto studio, they have a good work environment, the attitude of the members and the chairman must understand courtesy, the organizational structure is only handled by the chairman, the honorarium is given every month but has a management system that is not good so that there is a vacuum. From the results of this study, it is necessary to increase the application of a good management system so that it can motivate members to increase good performance and can minimize conflicts between all members which results in a vacuum.en_US
