Demographic bonus in Indonesia today occurs because of the productive age (15- 64 years). Based on the census in 2021 which states that of the 70.72% of the population, 25.87% of them are millennial generation. One of the companies under the BUMN which aims to achieve Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Good IT Governance (GIG) is PT. Jasa Raharja. The biggest branch of PT. Jasa Raharja in Sumatera Island is North Sumatera branch office. The data are collected by conducting documentary study and survey by distributing questionnaires. The population is 105 young employees of PT Jasa Raharja, North Sumatera Branch office, and 84 of them are used as the samples, taken by a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of permanent employees who are born in the period of 1980-2000, who started their work on March 17, 2019, and who are still active when this research is performed. The gathered data are analyzed descriptively. using statistical inferential analysis and Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS)
The result of the research shows that, simultaneously, organizational change and organizational culture have positive and significant effects on the performance of millennial employees of PT Jasa Raharja, North Sumatera Branch office, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but organizational change has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of millennial employees at PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatera Branch. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of the millennial employees at PT Jasa Raharja, North Sumatera Branch office.
