dc.description.abstractThe importance of researching organizational citizenship behavior at PT Bank Sumut is because banking companies have intense competition so that there are many things that employees must do to work according to the target. Therefore it can be said that the contribution of organizational citizenship behavior is a contributor that will benefit in the future. Usually organizational citizenship behavior refers to voluntary employee behavior as a form of satisfaction that is not in the company's official regulations. Low organizational citizenship behavior will cause the organization to lose new ideas, experiences, creative solutions, and employee efforts that are more than their usual duties. There are many supporting factors that cause a decrease in organizational citizenship behavior, namely, work-family conflict, work stress and well-being. This study aims to determine the effect of family-work conflict, work stress and well-being on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees of PT Bank Sumut with a sample of 160 non-leadership employees. Data analysis used in this study is the outer model and inner model with SmartPLS software. The results showed that work-family conflict and work stress had a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Well being has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and is the variable that most strongly influences organizational commitment. Work-family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Well being has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and is the variable that most strongly influences organizational citizenship behavior. Work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. Well Being has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment.en_US
