Strategi Pengembangan Investasi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan terpadu Satu Pintu di Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

Investment is all forms of investing activities, both by domestic investors and foreign investors, to do business in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The Investment and One-Stop Services Office has the task of administering regional government affairs in the investment sector. Various problems often arise and become obstacles in investment development. The purpose of this study is to find out the Development Strategy of the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Licensing Services in Investment Development in Langkat Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively using the Miles and Hiberman model. The results of research in the field can be concluded that the strategy carried out by the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Services Service in Investment Development in Langkat Regency has been going well. This is based on the implementation of a strategy of convenience in registering investment permits, namely by running an online-based investment licensing registration information system, making it easier for investors to register for permits. In addition, socialization regarding regulations to investors and business actors has also been carried out by the Langkat Regency One-Stop Integrated Investment and Mining Service in order to attract the interest of these investors and business actors. In improving the quality of service, the One Stop Integrated Investment and Mining Service of Langkat Regency has also conducted training for all employee apparatus with the aim of improving service quality.
