The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) is a program for registering land certificates that is carried out simultaneously for all land registration objects that have not been registered. As an effort to provide certainty and legal protection of community land rights. In the success of the government's efforts in this program, employee performance is an important factor. The background of this research was carried out because of the many public complaints about employee performance. Researchers want to see how systematic the performance of employees in it. Therefore, to determine employee performance is to measure the level of community satisfaction. It is this community satisfaction that is expected to later become the outcome of achieving PTSL targets. This study aims to determine the effect of BPN Employee Performance on Community Satisfaction with case studies in communities categorized as beneficiaries of PTSL Medan Amplas District. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling technique, and the sample size was determined using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is the Simple Linear Regression technique with Hypothesis Testing (Normality Test, Linearity Test, Regression Coefficient Test (T Test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The total population in this study was 845 people, and the sample was taken in this study is 89 people. This study uses performance indicators according to Robbins (2015:19), namely quality, quantity, timeliness and effectiveness. Community satisfaction uses indicators according to Sutedjo (Wibowo, 2009:43) namely fairness, alertness, complaint handling and suitability. From the test results using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application, it concludes that BPN Employee Performance has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction. The results show that the Significance value for the Employee Performance variable (X) on Community Satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 and t count > t table or 4.202 > 1.663. And has a determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.159. This means that the influence of the Employee Performance variable on the Community Satisfaction variable is 15.9%. Based on this, it can be concluded that the performance of employees of the National Land Agency (BPN) has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction in Medan Amplas District.en_US
