This Final Project Report focuses on designing a web-based housing marketing information system for Kota Mandiri Bekala, using the prototype method and Figma design tool. Advances in information technology have had a significant impact on the property industry, including housing marketing. Therefore, it is important to develop an information system that can support the housing marketing process effectively. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based housing marketing information system for Kota Mandiri Bekala and implement the prototype method in its development. The research methodology used in this research is the prototype development method. The development stages include understanding user needs, designing interfaces, developing prototypes, evaluating, and revising. In the stage of understanding user needs, data collection is carried out through interviews with related parties to gain an in-depth understanding of system needs. Based on this understanding, the interface design of the Kota Mandiri Bekala housing marketing information system was developed. Next, a prototype was built using web technology in accordance with the needs of the system. The prototype was then evaluated by users to obtain feedback and undergo necessary revisions. The result of this research is a web-based housing marketing information system for Kota Mandiri Bekala that facilitates users in conducting housing marketing activities. This system includes housing data management, housing search, and detailed housing information. Overall, the web-based housing marketing information system developed using the prototype method and Figma design tool can be an effective solution to support the housing marketing process in Kota Mandiri Bekala. The prototype method allows users to visualize and interact with the system prototype before full development, thus reducing the risk of errors and increasing user satisfaction.
