Abstract

A shift handover report is a document that contains all the work done during a shift that includes any issues that need to be resolved before the next worker starts work and any information needed for the next person. As an automatic answering medium, chatbots are becoming popular because they can facilitate work. So this research was conducted on a shift change information system intended for Gas Management Center (GMC) employees of PT Pertamina Gas Negara Tbk. using the Webhook method, Google Apps Script is used to write programs in Javascript language which are integrated with Google Sheets as data managers. The result of this research is the creation of a shift change Telegram Bot which is expected with this application, GMC employees can use it as a medium of information so that work can run smoothly because the information needed has been recorded.
