dc.description.abstract | Service Excellent (service excellent) is an activity that is invisible (cannot be touched) that occurs as a result of the interaction between service providers and service recipients, in this case the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is in dire need of service or empowerment of the image of employees who good and appropriate with the aim of giving trust, and also improving the quality of employees in the eyes of society.
Employee image is the main goal of an employee for an institution that is tangible and can be felt from the evaluation, respect and respect from the public.
The research method used in this research is question and answer research (interview). This type of research is field research conducted to obtain primary data through direct interviews with several employees in order to provide an overview of the facts obtained. The data collection technique used was observation which was carried out to observe directly with employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The results of the study show that the excellent service at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency greatly influences the satisfaction of the services provided by employees according to the service standards that have been set with the behavior or attitude that has been taught. | en_US |
