Abstract

The rapid development of this technology has infiltrated almost all areas of human life. The use of this technology already exists and is applied in the field of education, both formal and non-formal education. In this era of digital technology, all information is sped up fast. Humans can easily and quickly access or obtain information through technology using a computer, laptop or android. That way, the existence of information systems plays an important role in human life, especially in companies or business fields, so that they can provide information quickly and also compete with other companies. The Course and Trainings of Best Education Services & Trainings (LKP BEST Binjai is a non-formal educational institution or English language course in the city of Binjai, where the general public such as students, workers, and even students can also practice skills or their ability to speak English in theory/written or practical/oral. LKP BEST Binjai has an increasing number of enthusiasts because this course institution is always successful in producing students who can speak English very well. However, this BEST LKP still does not use technology to disseminate information about the course program. So the author needs to develop a website-based LKP BEST Binjai information system. Users can access/view info about course programs, course activities, and course registration on the website. The development tools used in this research are PHP as a programming language, and MySQL as a database.
