The Course and Trainings of Best Education Services & Trainings (LKP BEST Binjai is a non-formal educational institution or English language course in the city of Binjai, where the general public such as students, workers, and even students can also practice skills or their ability to speak English in theory/written or practical/oral. LKP BEST Binjai has an increasing number of enthusiasts because this course institution is always successful in producing students who can speak English very well. However, this BEST LKP still does not use technology to disseminate information about the course program. So the author needs to develop a website-based LKP BEST Binjai information system. Users can access/view info about course programs, course activities, and course registration on the website.
