Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based information system for HKBP Aek Loba Ressort Aek Loba Church. Utilization of the website through the internet network is one way to facilitate humans in managing information. Information is believed to be able to help developments in society, one of the media that can support the presentation of information is the website. The importance of information about an organization is as an indirect communication for visitors who want to know more information in the organization. Likewise, the church needs a place to store information related to the church, namely the information system. That is by building an information system that can help the process of managing Church information, worship procedures, service activities and devotionals with a website-based. Why use this website because the web is very helpful and easy to access anywhere and anytime so that it has no time limitations. For this reason, the author designs and builds a website-based information system that can help the congregation to get information directly about HKBP Aek Loba Church. Hopefully, with the construction of this information system can help the congregation and the leadership of the HKBP Aek Loba Church assembly more effectively and efficiently in accessing church congregation data collection information.
