Perancangan Aplikasi Manajemen Jasa Servis Laptop pada Toko Horas Computer Berbasis Website

Abstract

In line with the increasingly modern development of information technology, many places such as government agencies, educational institutions or places of business have started to take advantage of technological developments. One of the computer shop business premises in Medan City is a type of business in the field of computer service services. Besides that, computer shop employees also still experience difficulties in managing transaction data, because it is still done manually. The research method used in this study is the waterfall method, but not all stages of the waterfall method are used. The purpose of this research is to create a prototype or website-based computer service management application prototype for one of the computer shops in the city of Medan. This application is made using the codeigniter framework with the PHP programming language, and MySQL as the database server. The results of testing the application that has been carried out show that the application can run according to what is expected.
