Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Manajemen Keuangan Badan Usaha Perseorangan Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking

Abstract

Individual enterprise agency is one of the types of enterprise in which all business activities are carried out and are under the full control of the owner of the enterprise, even the financial management activities of enterprises are also performed by the business owner. Of course, this takes a lot of time for the business owners and there is a great possibility that calculation errors can cause losses. Starting from this, then do research with the topic of UI / UX planning application of financial enterprise corporate management. This research uses design thinking methods in the design of application interfaces. The researchers also applied contextual interviews to 10 respondents in which they were owners of individual enterprises, as well as conducting their business activities in the surrounding Kelurahan building of Johor, Medan. The activity succeeds in obtaining data in the form of needs, desires, and goals that the owner of the enterprise wants to. In order to do so, the design of the UI/UX application is called “Profiro”. Profiro is an application that has the features to record the finances of enterprise bodies, calculate the corresponding selling price, as well as display a comparison of profits obtained by enterprises over a certain period of time in the form of a line diagram visualization, thus making it easier for users to understand it. The results of the UI/UX planning survey of the financial management application of the individual enterprise using the design thinking method obtain a usability score of 78.25, which means that the design of the application can be categorized as acceptable. This shows in terms of usability, the prototype design of the application designed is already excellent for use by the user.
