dc.description.abstract | This study aims to see the effect of transformational leadership on the employee engagement of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The subjects in this study were 254 individuals who are the employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The data collection method uses a likert scale, which is a transformational leadership scale and employee engagement scale. The data analysis method uses a simple regression analysis method. The result of this study showed that there is a positive significant effect of transformational leadership on the employee engagement of the employee in PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan by 8%. This result showed that the higher of the transformational leadership than the higher level of the employee engagement. | en_US |
