Analisis Perbandingan Jumlah Penduduk di Provinsi Sumatera Utara Sebelum dan pada Saat Covid-19

Abstract

The recent Covid-19 outbreak has made many changes, starting from the economy, unemployment, population, social, etc. During this outbreak, the population number also had a very significant impact on the changes. The data collection for this research is secondary data, where the data is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics for North Sumatra Province. The data that has been collected is then organized and presented in the form of numbers to explain the contents of the set of data. The goal of my final project is to apply the Wilcoxon Method to compare population numbers before and during the Covid-19 outbreak. Based on the Wilcoxon test, it is known that there were significant differences in the population in North Sumatra before and when the Covid-19 outbreak occurred.
