The quality of a tertiary institution is largely determined by the quality of service provided, where quality service can be identified through customer satisfaction, in this case students. The purpose of this research is to find out whether ordinal logistic regression is feasible or not to be used in research, find out the similarities, find out the service aspects that affect the level of student satisfaction in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and find out how much the independent variables can affect the dependent variable. The research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 92 respondents at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences with the attributes being analyzed, namely 3 independent variables namely aspects of administration, teaching aspects, and aspects of facilities and infrastructure and 1 dependent variable, namely overall student satisfaction. The results showed that ordinal logistic regression and its equations were feasible to use. The variables that significantly influenced student satisfaction at the Faculty were administrative aspects, infrastructure aspects, and infrastructure aspects. The ordinal logistic regression model for administrative aspects, teaching aspects, and infrastructure aspects affects the overall assessment of student satisfaction by 78.0%. The results of the odds ratio test showed that the highest probability of students being satisfied in the infrastructure aspects was 1.68 times.
