dc.description.abstractHuman Resources is an important asset in the company. Workload and work environment are important factors in the quality of a company's human resources. CV. Delta Power Listrindo is an electrical panel assembly and installation company. At this company there was an increase in demand for electrical panels by 67%. Due to this increase the company is doing overtime to achieve production targets. Overtime hours that exceed the time limit set by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, which is 14 hours per week. Discrepancies in overtime hours can increase the risk of occupational hazards. besides that, in the work environment there are work areas that have a high potential for danger. The method used is the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to determine the optimal number of workers and the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRARC) method for K3 risk assessment. The results showed that the number of operators in the company was appropriate, but the division of labor for each operator was not evenly distributed, so it was proposed to divide the work into 5 work units with 16 operators, namely 2 operators in the panel box section, 2 operators in the busbar manufacturing section, 10 operators in the wearing section or installation, 1 operator in the trial section and 1 operator in the packing section. Then the results of the K3 risk assessment, namely the basic level and existing level hazard risk values, indicate that the existing hazard risks require further control measures to reduce hazard risk, so that suggestions are given, namely evaluating workload and division of labor, monitoring the use of APD, work procedures, training, maintenance of machines, equipment and work environment as well as implementing an management system and making written SOP K3en_US
