PT. Winson Prima Sejahtera is a company engaged in the fisheries sector which
produces yellow fin tuna in various cut shapes such as loin, fillet, steak, cube, etc.
This research is useful to see where in the production process there are various
indicators that cause a decrease in performance. Based on these indicators, it is
necessary to carry out further improvements and improvements by KPIs determined
by the traffic light system to make it easier to determine which indicators need
improvement and improvement. The stages of the research carried out were to
determine the Key Performance Indicator based on the company's environmental
conditions, after that it was weighted using Snorm De Boer, then the hierarchy were
determined which were grouped into level 1, level 2, and level 3 using the Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP). ) to compare which factors are more influential than the
weighting of each work indicator, finally calculating the overall value of the final
supply chain performance obtained by multiplying the KPI normalized value
(SCOR) and the AHP weighting results. From the results of the research that has
been done there are 34 indicators overall where 12 indicators are red, namely 1).

indicator is yellow, namely 1). The incompatibility of incoming materials is
determined using the traffic light system, which means the company needs to make
improvements to the red indicator and make improvements to the yellow indicator
