Metode Regresi Logistik Danaplikasinya dalam Menganalisis Faktor Penyebab Penyakit Diabetes

Abstract

Diabetes is a serious chronic disease and occurs either when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body is unable to use the insulin it produces effectively. This study aims to identify the use of the logistic regression method in analyz ing the factors that influence diabetes. The method used in this research is binary logistic regression method. To determine the logistic regression model, a logistic regression analysis was carried out by simultaneously testing the parameters using the G test and testing the parameters partially with the Wald test to test each parameter coefficient and describe its description. Based on the significance test of parameters using the Wald test, the variables of age, heredity and blood sugar levels are variab les that have a significant effect on diabetes. Keywords:
