dc.description.abstractStatistical Quality Control (SQC) is a method that used to make decisions in analyzing the information in a sample of a population. This research using Statistical Quality Control to determine whether the poverty rate in 25 regency and 8 cities in North Sumatra Province is in control limits. The average value which is the center line for the R control chart is 1.1052. The upper control limit (UCL) is 2.3368, and the lower control limit (LCL) is 0.0000. Shows that there are 2 variables/regions that are of the upper control limits (UCL). The average value which is the center line for the X-bar control chart is 10.2322. With the upper control limit (UCL) is 11.5071, and the lower control limit (LCL) is 10.2322. Indicates that all variables or areas are out of the control limits.en_US
