dc.description.abstractCV. Nina Bakery is a business engaged in bread production. The problem faced by the factory is that there is a large amount of damage to the Roll machine, resulting in less than optimal output. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of the Roll machine using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method then find the root cause of the engine damage problem and provide repairs using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The results of the calculation of the effectiveness value of the Roll machine during the period October 2022 – May 2023 obtained an average availability value of 85.90%, performance efficiency of 63.31%, rate of quality product of 96.46% so that the resulting OEE value of 52.46% which means that improvements must be made because it is still below standard. Based on the calculation of six big losses, the biggest influence is reduced speed losses of 59.72% which cause frequent damage that affects the effectiveness of the Roll machine. Based on cause and effect cause diagram Reduced Speed Losses There are several factors, namely machine, human, method, and environmental factors. Results of FMEA analysis obtained the frequency of damage to the Roll machine with an RPN value of 336 caused by sperpart not according to specifications so that it can cause failure effects such as machine damage so that the production process must stop. The corrective action that needs to be taken is that the factory must carry out preventive machine maintenance and ensure that the components or parts used are according to specifications and have longer service life.en_US
