Alat Pengatur Kehangatan pada Bak Mandi Menggunakan Sensor DS18B20 Berbasis Mikrokontroler ATMEGA328
Abstract
The current rapid development of technology in the last few periods has resulted in faster changes in the world. In certain conditions, a person needs hot water around a temperature of 37°C – 41°C for bathing, for example in the morning. When the air temperature is still cold, where everyone has to take a shower every day before starting to carry out routine activities. For this reason, the purpose of writing this final project is to design a device for regulating warmth in a bathtub with a DS18B20 sensor based on a microcontroller, to find out the working principle of a device for controlling heat in a bathtub with a sensor based on a DS18B20 microcontroller, to compare the temperature of the water heated by a heater with a thermometer. This tool works only to heat water in the bathtub. By setting the water temperature as desired, the heater and pump will automatically turn on and the heating process will continue until it reaches the desired temperature, the buzzer will sound and the device can be turned off. A thermostat for a bath with a DS18B20 sensor based on the ATmega 328 microcontroller has been successfully designed. The tool is equipped with a heater and a pump that functions to heat and pump water in the bathtub. This tool is also equipped with an LCD as a reader of the input value on the heating results, and is also equipped with a buzzer which functions as a marker that the heating time is over. Comparison of the temperature of the heated water with a tool and a thermometer has a range of % deviation (0.63% -0.78%). The designed tool has good performance, this is indicated by the measurement results of an average percent deviation of 0.28%
