dc.description.abstract | Palm oil is a product that easily degrades, especially in the process of oil palm
plantations to the processing of palm oil while mills must provide products with
good quality and a short time to be able to meet customer demand. PT Sisirau is a
company engaged in the plantation and manufacturing of processing Fresh Fruit
Bunches (FFB) into Crude Palm Oil and palm kernel. PT Sisinau's palm oil mill
and palm oil plantation are located in Aceh Tamiang, Aceh Province. The amount
of FFB processed and the amount of CPO produced have not met the maximum
production capacity target of PT. Sisirau caused by lack of supply of raw materials.
The lack of supply of raw materials in the form of FFB experienced was caused by
the low purchase price of FFB at PT. Sisirau when compared to other competitors
in the same area so PT. Sisirau cannot meet the maximum capacity to be achieved
and can cause delays in meeting consumer demand. Based on the problems that
occur, it is important to measure and evaluate the performance of the palm oil mill
supply chain. Performance measurement is a process to measure the effectiveness
and efficiency of an action in a company's strategy plan. The study was conducted
using SCOR Digital Standard and AHP models. Based on the results of the study,
the final performance measurement at PMKS PT. Sisirau is 73.13 so it is included
in the good category. After calculations using the SCOR DS and AHP methods, it
was found that there were 3 yellow indicators and 11 red indicators in the traffic
light system which were composed of 7 core processes, namely orchestrate, plan,
order, source, transform, fullfill, and return | en_US |
