Supply chain management at PT.PSPI begins with the flow of raw material for aluminum wire which will become input for the production process of the fishing eye manufacturing industry. If the number of shipments from suppliers does not consider the raw material warehouse capacity and does not pay attention to production capacity, it will cause over stock and stock out. Delays in the distribution or procurement of raw materials can have a negative impact on the condition of raw material supplies to production process activities. PT. PSPI often experiences stockout and overstock conditions and delays in procuring raw materials where during the 2022 period there were 5 overstocks and 5 stockouts. These problems can be overcome by designing mitigation measures. This study aims to design effective risk mitigation measures to serve as a recommendation for companies based on selected priorities using the House of Risk so that the impact of risks occurring can be minimized. Based on the identification results, 25 risk events and 25 risk causative agents were found using the Supply Chain Operation Reference in House of Risk 1. Based on House of Risk 1 calculations, 10 priority risk agents were obtained for mitigation actions where the highest priority risk agent with an Aggregate Risk value The highest potential is 12.70%, namely the absence of a structured and integrated inventory reporting system. The results of House of Risk 1 are used as input to House of Risk 2 and produce 12 risk mitigation actions that can be proposed to companies. An effective and easy mitigation measure for companies to carry out based on the Effectiveness to Difficulty calculation is to make the raw material procurement plan more structured. This action can be carried out based on forecasting results, making a Bill of Materials then Purchase of Materials.en_US
