Pengatur Temperatur pada Dispenser Menggunakan Keypad Berbasis Mikrokontroller ATMEGA328
Abstract
Temperature is one of the most important parameters in life. One tool that uses temperature as a working parameter is a dispenser. Dispensers, especially electric drinking water heaters and coolers, are becoming more and more useful from year to year. Many types of food and drink require water at a certain temperature to be served. Some of them are baby milk which requires a temperature of no more than 70°C to keep the nutritional content from being damaged. Controlling the temperature of the water dispenser automatically is a system that can help us in our daily lives. Controlling the temperature in this study used an ATmega328 microcontroller. The purpose of making this tool was to design a temperature controller in a dispenser using a keypad and to know the working principle of a temperature controller in a dispenser using a keypad. This system detects water temperature using the DS18B20 sensor, keypad, heating and cooling. The microcontroller is the processing center to activate the system to heat and cool water so that the temperature is maintained as desired, when receiving commands from the user using the keypad, heater as heater and compressor as coolant. The time needed to heat water from the normal temperature of water, which is 28°C to a temperature of 90°C, is 14 minutes 23 seconds and to cool the water from a normal temperature of 28°C to 8°C, which is 53 minutes 32 seconds. The designed tool has good performance, this is indicated by the measurement results of an average percent deviation of 0.19%.
