The order fulfillment process is one of the processes that has an important role related to customer satisfaction and the benefits that will be obtained by the company. The order fulfillment process is divided into four main processes, namely receiving orders, processing orders, processing goods, and processing payments. To be able to continue to compete with competitors and to be responsive in meeting customer needs requires business process engineering with the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology to increase process efficiency. The IDEF0 method is used to map and analyze current business processes. In this study, the old and new business process designs are simulated using iGrafx. The new process design was carried out with three scenarios, resulting in a new business process design with an efficiency increase of 7,28%.en_US
