dc.description.abstractThis study aims to prove the influence of diuwongke on work engagement in agriculture employees in Indonesia. The design in this study is correlational with quantitative methods and cross-sectional design. The study sample involved 368 agriculture employees in one of Indonesia's private companies using total sampling method. The measuring instruments used are Utrecht Work Engagement Scale and Diuwongke Scale. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic version 25 program with a simple linear regression method. The results showed a positive and significant influence on work engagement (r = 0.449, p < 0.05). There was a contribution of 20.1% to work engagement. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive influence of diuwongke on work engagement in agriculture employees, which means that the stronger the feeling of diuwongke in employees, the higher the level of work engagement in employeesen_US
