Rancangan Perbaikan Fasilitas pada Stasiun Assembly Pembuatan Helm dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Macroergonomic Analysis and Design

Abstract

Work system is a series of work procedures and work procedures that form a certain pattern in order to carry out a job. A good work system can improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of workers. The work system consists of several sub systems namely people, technology and organizational environment. The helmet company had a bottleneck problem at the assembly station because it had a poor work system. The work system is improved by procuring facilities in the form of chairs. The design of chairs is based on anthropometric data of workers at the assembly station and additional features are added to support the helmet assembly process.
