dc.description.abstractPT. Tor Ganda Medan conducts staff performance assessments based on Individual Performance Goals (SKI) which are implemented at the end of each year by each unit. From the results of this assessment, it was found that the percentage of staff Individual Performance Value (NKI) in 2020 was 27% getting a P2 score (very good) and 73% P3 (good). In 2021, 43% received P2 (very good), 55% P3 (good) and 2% P4 (less). In 2022, 41% received P2 (very good) and 59% P3 (good), but no staff have achieved excellent work performance (P1). This study aims to determine the effect of salary, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The method used is the survey method. The population in this study is all staff based on the composition of personnel data personnel of PT. Torganda Medan totaled 41 people. The sample technique uses a saturated sample with a closed questionnaire as a data collection instrument, and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the analysis and interpretation of the study, it shows that partially the salary variable has a Tcalculate value of 2.239 > Ttable 2.02619 with a significance of 0.031 < 0.05 meaning that salary has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline has a Tcalculate value of 2.908 > Ttable 2.02619 with a significance of 0.006 < 0.05 meaning that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, and the work environment has a Tcalculate value of 2.891 > Ttable 2.02619 with a significance of 0.006 < 0.05 means that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of salary, work discipline and work environment get a calculated value of 22.489 > table 2.85 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the variables of salary, work discipline and work environment can have a significant effect on employee performance if done together. And obtained the value of the coefficient of determination is 61.7%, meaning that the variables of salary, work discipline and work environment affect 61.7% on the performance of PT. Tor Ganda Medan.en_US
