Pengukuran Kinerja Rantai Pasok Produk Halal Berbasis Sistem Informasi
Abstract
The increasing global Muslim population and awareness and attention to halal food
products drive demand for halal food. MSMEs must have a halal certificate from
the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) based on the fatwa from
MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) with the provisions of the Halal Assurance System.
Measuring the performance of the halal supply chain is urgently needed by MSMEs
as an evaluation and improvement in the future. Still, the lack of knowledge about
performance measurement and a lack of understanding of the concept of halal
production has become a hindrance. The tools that can be used to help in
performance measurement are information systems. The purpose of this research
is to design a halal supply chain performance measurement information system
based on the SCOR model and 58 Halal Key Performance Indicators (KPI) derived
from the 11 Halal Assurance System Criteria using the Waterfall method so that it
can assist in measuring halal supply chain performance. The case study in this
research is the application of the model to UMKM Viz Dimsum, which is a dim sum
producer who has an interest in obtaining halal certificates. The initial step of the
waterfall method is the requirements analysis stage to determine data requirements
in designing the system, such as data regarding snorm de boer calculations,
tabulation with AHP, 58 Halal KPIs, and initial data for system testing. Then a
system and software design was carried out using the Visual Studio 2019 software.
The system was implemented to the data from Viz Dimsum and received a
performance value of 62.67 in the Average category. Based on the results of the
performance analysis obtained by using the Traffic Light System method, out of the
58 Halal KPIs, 41.38% of the KPIs are in the green category, 3.45% of the KPIs
are in the yellow category, and 55.17% of the KPIs are in the red category.
