Analisis Supply Chain Resilience dengan Pendekatan Quality Function Deployment pada Aktivitas Ekspor Impor Logistik Maritim

Abstract

At the moment, supply chain resilience required for the company in order to reduce the impact of the risks that can occur in the company. Supply chain resilience is the company's ability to be able to return to its original state or a more desirable state after experiencing a disturbance. The purpose of this study is to analyze supply chain resilience at PT JNE Express which is one of the players in the maritime logistics industry. This research adopts approach Quality Function Deployment (QFD) namely by using three House Of Quality (HOQ). HOQ 1 assesses the relationship between customer needs and potential risks in order to obtain risk priorities. The next step is to develop HOQ 2 which assesses the relationship between potential risks and risk causes so that priority causes of risk can be obtained. Then the final step is to build HOQ 3 which assesses the relationship between the causes of risk andresilience measures so you get priorityresilience measures. At the end of this study, 3 major risk priorities were obtained, namely damage to communication devices, errors in service, and errors in document handling. For the big 3 resilience measures which can be used to develop appropriate mitigation strategies to increase supply chain resilience at PT JNE Express namely providing training on how to communicate well, using an employee performance appraisal system with KPI every month and providing training on exports and imports to employees.
