dc.description.abstractPT Dewi Nugraha Sentosa is a distributor of laboratory equipment. A laboratory equipment distributor company is a company that carries out the process of fulfilling existing laboratory equipment. The development of the business world today is a challenge for companies to improve performance in order to survive in the competition. The high competition that occurs makes every company compete to be the best. One of the supports for the company's success is a good logistics management system. The logistics system business process plays a very important role for distributor companies, because the logistics system regulates the flow of goods from ordering goods to shipping goods. To prevent delays that occur in the delivery of goods, a good logistics system business process is needed in the company. In redesigning the improvement of the logistics system business process, this research uses the Business Process Reengineering method. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or business process reengineering is a fundamental rethinking and redesign process to obtain satisfactory company performance which includes cost, quality, delivery, service and speed with careful or contemporary measurements. IDEF0 mapping was used to map the current logistics system and iGrafx software was used to determine the selected scenarios. From the research, four scenarios were obtained that designed new business processes. Of the four scenarios, the selected to-be model logistics system scenario is the first scenario with an efficiency of 46.05%.en_US
