dc.description.abstract | PT Alva Graha Sejaterah (PT.AGS) is a company engaged in the property
or housing construction project business. Based on observations, there has been a
delay in completing the project, which aimed to complete 4 units of type A houses
and 2 units of type B houses, but the actual progress is only 2 units of type A
houses and 1 unit of type B house. Therefore, the company conducted a
performance measurement of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) to assess and
evaluate the supply chain performance of the De Property housing construction
project as a basis for improvements that can help the company enhance SCM
performance. The measurement of SCM performance is conducted using the
Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model approach and performance
ranking with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data collection for this
research utilized interview techniques, observation, and literature review. The results of this study determined the SCM performance indicators using
the 5 core SCOR processes: plan, source, make, deliver, and return. In the SCOR
performance indicators for construction projects, there are 14 indicators that are
considered valid. After arranging them, 11 indicators were found to be suitable
for the company's conditions. The final result of the SCM performance
measurement is 75.07, placing PT. AGS in the Good level. Proposed
improvements for performance enhancement are recommended for indicators that
scored below 75.07, namely the intensity of changes in work plans, owner's
involvement in supplier determination, intensity of coordination meetings among
relevant parties. | en_US |
