Perancangan Dashboard untuk Persediaan Manajemen Rantai Pasok pada UD XYZ

Abstract

The increase in Indonesia's economic growth, seen by the increasing number of infrastructure developments which resulted in increasingly fierce competition for the manufacturing industry. Companies must think of ways to increase revenue and improve efficiency. Intense competition resulted in companies wanting to create their best products in more attractive, innovative and quality forms, with minimal production costs. UD. XYZ is a business engaged in the sale of car spare parts. Companies often experience difficulties in determining the order quantity and order time. This study aims to design an information system to view inventory information and make decisions easily. In carrying out inventory control the method used is to use EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), by using this method it is hoped that the company can reduce inventory costs. The end result of this research is the design of an inventory control information system in the form of a dashboard which is expected to be used by the company as a supporting tool for inventory control and making decisions on ordering goods. The dashboard will present sales, ordering and stock data information on an item, besides the dashboard will also help companies to make decisions in ordering goods.
