Analisis Perbedaan Tingkat Kepuasaan Pasien terhadap Pelayanan Perawat di Rawat Inap VIP dan Bangsal di Rumah Sakit Umum Kota Padangsidimpuan Tahun 2022

Every hospital tries to give good quality service to satisfy the patients. Howeve r, there are still many low-quality services provided which makes the patients feel dissatisfied. The research aims to analyze the patients' satisfaction level toward the nurses' service in VIP (Very Important Person) Inpatient Rooms and Ward Inpatient Rooms in Kota Padangsidimpuan General Hospital. The research is conducted from September until March in the VIP inpatient rooms and ward inpatient rooms of Kota Padangsidimpuan General Hospital. This analytical research employs a cross-sectional approach. The research samples are made up of 96 inpatients from VIP rooms and 96 inpatients from ward rooms using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the Patients' Satisfaction, half of the number of VIP patients which is 50 respondents (52.1%) feel dissatisfaction, and 46 respondents (47.9%) feel satisfaction. Meanwhile, in the ward rooms, 76 respondents (79.2%) feel dissat fafaction, and 20 respondents (20.8%) feel satisfaction. The result of the statistical test with the chi-square test indicates a p-value of 0.000 if we compare it to a (alpha) value = 0.05 indicating that p-value < 0.05 (0.000
< 0.05). It means that there is a significant difference between the patients' satisfaction in the VIP rooms and in the wardroom of Kola Padangsidimpuan General Hospital in 2022.
