dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the correlation between innovative work behavior with workforce agility at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan employees. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The subjects in this study were 250 individuals who are the employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan with sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The data collection method uses a likert scale, which is a innovative work behavior scale and a workforce agility scale. The data analysis method use a pearson product moment. The results of this study showed that there is a correlation between innovative work behavior with workforce agility at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan employees with correlation coefficient r = 0,944 (p= 0,000 ; p<0,05). This result showed that there is strong correlation between innovative work behavior with workforce agility at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan employees.en_US
