Merancang Museum Seni dan Teknologi di Kota Banda Aceh dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Kontemporer

Abstract

In today's modern era, art is highly developed, art must also understand the technology. The existence of art and technology cannot be separated, even complementary. Current technological developments can affect various aspects of human life. As users of technology, we must be able to take advantage of this technology and provide innovations that exist today as well as innovations that will develop in the future. One thing that can be done is to provide a forum that can attract people's interest in technology. One of the containers that can be created is by presenting a Museum. In Banda Aceh in particular, there are several museums, such as the Tsunami Museum, the Aceh Museum, and the Library Museum. However, for now Banda Aceh does not yet have a modern museum that combines art and technology. The design of the Art and Technology Museum with a Contemporary Architecture approach is expected to be the right medium to introduce and exhibit Art and Technology in an interesting, creative and educational way.
