Pengambilan Keputusan Moda Transportasi Tambang Bijih Bauksit Berdasarkan Analisis Risiko
Abstract
Mine transportation refers to the activity of delivering materials, goods or
people from one mine site to another in the context of the mining industry. PT
ANTAM Tbk feels that the truck transportation mode is still not the optimal mine
transportation in the implementation of the bauxite ore transportation project,
especially in terms of risk, so a risk assessment and risk comparison with other
alternative mine transportation is needed. In this study, heavy train is used as an
alternative choice of other mine transportation modes in the implementation of the
bauxite ore transportation project. The purpose of this study is to determine the best
transportation mode among truck and heavy train transportation modes based on
risk analysis. This research was conducted using the Failure Mode and Effects
Analysis (FMEA) method used to identify risks and appropriate mitigation
measures on truck and heavy train transportation modes and the Analytic
Hierarchy Process (AHP) used for the selection of the selected transportation
mode. The results of the calculation of all levels using expert choice 11 software
obtained the results of the final calculation of the selection of the selected mode of
transportation obtained the highest priority vector ranking, namely the heavy train
alternative with a percentage of 68.3%. The Risk of Bauxite Delivery Process is the
type of risk with the highest rank with a percentage of 55.3%, meaning that the
bauxite delivery process is the biggest consideration for PT ANTAM Tbx.
