Ergonomic intervention for micro-scale organizations are aimed at increasing the effectiveness and productivity of operational activities and individual workers. An effective and efficient work system is directly proportional to increased productivity. One of the productivity in a company is how a company can meet consumer needs quickly and on time. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in warehousing and logistics services in the city of Medan, namely the Distribution Center Warehouse. This company is in charge of receiving, storing, and distributing production results in the form of finished goods that are ready to be used by consumers. The biggest obstacle and problem that occurs in this company is in the operational activities of the warehouse. In inbound and outbound operational activities, there are still many Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports that have not met the company's minimum target. The purpose of this research is to create effective and efficient work system activities, thereby increasing the productivity of warehousing operational activities. The method used in research on inbound problems is the measurement of working time, and the method used to analyze the problem is Go-See Think Do (GSTD). The implementation of standardized inbound processes resulted in an increase in KPIs for inbound planning by 33% in the first month of implementing the inbound planning monitoring tool. The methods used in research on outbound problems are working time measurement, productivity analysis, and picker workload analysis for differences in the picking process flow. The results of the outbound research obtained updating of the picking flow with increased productivity of picking results to 106.3% in AL Aisle, 101% in AK Aisle, and 107.3% in U Aisl
