The design of the Convention & Exhibition Center is a facility that can provide a solution for the community in responding to the development of the MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition) tourism industry, which is currently experiencing various activities. MICE is a form of business tourism that includes convention and exhibition activities aimed at accommodating various events such as concerts, art exhibitions, product exhibitions, meetings, national Conferences, and other activities. The city of Medan itself frequently hosts events such as exhibitions, seminars, and many other activities involving a large number of people. However, the facilities for these activities are very limited, so the design of a "Convention & Exhibition Center" with a biophilic theme is needed to facilitate MICE activities and serve as an iconic landmark of the city to attract the attention of tourists and visitors, offering a new experience for them. The strategic location allows for easy access and convenient reach to various tourist destinations in the city of Medan. It is located in one of the areas in Medan, specifically on Mahkamah Street, which has potential for regional development to integrate commercial and tourism areas.en_US
