The objective of the research is to find out Mobile Library Service at the Library and Archive Agency in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The research uses descriptive qualitative method The samples consist of four informants, namely the Head of Library Management Section, the Head of Library Fostering and Development Section. the field worker of mobile library, and the mobile library driver. The data are gathered by conducting observation, interviews, and- documentation and tested by using triangulation, consisted of source triangulation. technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The result of the research shows that Mobile Library Service of Humbang Hasundutan Regency is based on the Guideline for Implementing Mobile Library in 2013 by the Indonesian National Library which has four indicators: first, the type of service in the mobile library consisted of circulation/borrowed books service and reference service. It seems. however, that it does not run smoothly, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Secondly, the service program of mobile library consists of promotion and reading on the spot service: this activity is done at schools. reading places, and village administration buildings visited by the mobile library. Thirdly, there are three mobile libraries equipped by their tools (jacks, props, lug wrenches, spare tires. first aid fire extinguishers, and safety triangles). They also have some devices such as collection shelves, loudspeakers, televisions, library user books, aqua glasses. and cleaning tools). Their service statistic types consist of the statistics of mobile libraty users, the statistics of the borrowed books, and the statistics of the number of users. It is found that there are about 200 to 500 mobile library users in 2021 with 3.332 users per month in 2021. This number decreases compared with that in the pre-covid-19 pandemic.en_US
