Pengukuran Kinerja Logistik dengan Menggunakan Indikator Halal (Studi Kasus pada JNE Express)
Abstract
Performance is an important factor in maintaining the company's existence. Performance shows the level of success of the company in realizing goals. Therefore, performance measurement is very important in an effort to achieve a successful business process. Measurement is comparing the results actually obtained with those planned, in other words the targets that have been targeted must be examined to what extent the offers obtained achieve the goals. JNE Express is a company engaged in the logistics service business with the aim of all Regencies or Cities and Provinces in Indonesia. JNE Express is one of the expedition services that is often used by the people of Indonesia. This study aims to measure the performance of JNE Express companies using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods based on halal criteria. The design of performance measurement at this company uses 30 indicators which are divided into six main business processes, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return and Enable. The scoring system uses the normalization process and continues with Traffic Light System analysis to evaluate performance achievement through three colors (red, yellow and green). The results showed that the performance value of JNE Express was 88.7081 which was included in the good category. There are two performance indicators in the red zone and five indicators in the yellow zone based on the Traffic Light System. Proposed improvements that can be given to improve performance indicators are establishing a new policy from JNE Express regarding awareness in implementing Halal Supply Chain and Halal Logistics in every activity in JNE Express, and reduce the maximum time that has occurred in each process so that it has a small time difference from the time that has been targeted.
