Prarancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Bio-Oil dengan Bahan Baku Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit melalui Proses Pirolisis Cepat dengan Kapasitas 11.000 Ton/Tahun dengan Tugas Khusus Keteknikan Detail Kolom Absorpsi
Abstract
he design of a bio-oil manufacturing plant from empty palm oil bunches with a fast pyrolysis process has a capacity of 11,000 tons/year and operates 330 days a year. The main process in the design of this plant consists of several stages, namely the raw material preparation stage, the pyrolysis stage and the condensation stage. The number of empty palm fruit bunches needed to reach the annual production capacity is 7,309.9 kg/hour.
The specific task that was completed was the detailed engineering design of an absorption column for CO2 gas absorption. The designed absorption column has the following specifications:
• Jumlah tray secara teoritis : 11 tray
Ukuran absorber:
• Diameter (D) : 9,376 m
• Jari-jari (r) : 4,868 m
• Nt Aktual : 14 tray
• Tinggi : 29,207 m
preminilary plant design bio-oil from empty palm oil bunches using a fast pyrolysis process is planned to be built in Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province, with a total factory area of 16,658 m2. The water demand for this factory is supplied from the Asahan river as much as 2,332.058 kg/hour. The planned company organizational form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line staff organizational structure, as well as 250 people.
Hasil analisis ekonomi pada prarancangan pabrik ini adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Total modal investasi : Rp 204.384.659.009,95
2. Biaya produksi : Rp 50.034.533.012,32
3. Hasil penjualan : Rp 131.288.539.009,95
4. Laba bersih : Rp 56.671.972,575,25
5. Profit margin : 62 %
6. Break even point : 34 %
7. Return on investment : 28 %
8. Pay out time : 3,8 tahun
9. Return on network : 46 %
10. Internal rate of return : 29,7 %
based the results of the analysis of the economic aspects, it can be concluded that a bio-oil manufacturing plant using empty palm fruit bunches as raw material through a fast pyrolysis process is feasible to establish.
