PT XYZ has five business units with a total of about 3000 workers. Administrative activities in the Human Resources (HR) division are still carried out manually, resulting in mixed-up active and inactive employee databases, poor management of employee hardcopy documents, and difficulties in making reports caused by different database presentations in each unit. This study aims to design an information system as an effort to facilitate the Human Resources (HR) division, improve the employee database system, assist users (HR Staff) in managing employee databases, and understand the Human Resource Design process that will be implemented at the PT XYZ. This research was conducted using the prototype method, including a needs analysis conducted by interview, a design process using the Power Designer application and Figma education, building a prototype (using 2 interactions, namely navigate to and open overlay), and testing the system with black box testing. Results of the design of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) system There are 13 frames and 11 mini frames designed using the Figma software. The results of the design on the prototype are in accordance with the needs of the user, as evidenced by the black box testing, where the expected results already exist in the prototype that has been designed.
