Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is an epizootic disease with highly contagious (highly contagious) in even/split hoofed animals. The impact of cows contracting the FMD virus (Foot and Mouth Disease) is that economic losses are mainly caused by decreased milk and meat production, and decreased labor productivity. So it is necessary to analyze and mitigate FMD (Foot and Mouth Disease) in cattle using the House Of Risk (HOR) method. In this study, the House of Risk Stage I produced 5 risk agents with an impact of 38.06%. House of Risk Phase II conducted an assessment of the difficulties in implementing risk mitigation actions and an assessment of the relationship between risk agents and risk mitigation actions. Then Calculation of Total Effectiveness and the Ratio of Effectiveness to Difficulty. Then it is ranked according to the largest ETD value. Identification of the risks involved in the supply chain activities of Cattle Farms resulted in 20 risk events and 20 risk agents. The planned handling actions of the dominant risk causes in the male cattle breeding supply chain are improving the quality of supervision both for animal feed ingredients based on and beef cutting products based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) from the Directorate of FEED (8726), creating a Standard Operation Procedure for slaughtering process activities , weighing and distributing meat to markets or consumers (7331), periodically administering active virus vaccines containing adjuvants to livestock (6247), providing isolation and quarantine for animals infected with disease (5978), and improving the management of feed ingredients livestock from suppliers and meat from the market or consumers (3069).en_US
