This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office 1 Medan. This study uses quantitative methods. The subject of this study consisted of 120 employees . The data of this research were collected using organizational citizenship behavior scale, organizational culture scale and organizational commitment scale. Based on multiple regression analysis, it was found : 1) simultaneously , there is an effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; 2) there is an effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior; 3) there is an effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This research showed that organizational cuture and organizational commitment have important role in increasing organizational citizenship behavior. Companies can concern to organizational culture and organizational commitment to improve organizational citizenship behavior.
