dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see whether there is an effect of psychological contracts on employee engagement at PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) III (Persero). The subjects in this study totaled 252 people who were employees working at the Office of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) III (Persero) Medan. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by administering a questionnaire using a psychological contract scale measuring tool created based on Rousseau's theory (2000) and the employee engagement scale based on the theory of Schaufeli, et al (2002). The statistical method used in this research is linear regression analysis. The results of this study's data analysis indicate that there is a positive effect of psychological contracts on employee engagement at PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) III (Persero) Medan by 2.7%. This shows that the higher the level of psychological contract in the employees of the Office of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, the higher the level of employee engagementen_US
