The establishment of Green Open Space (RTH) or Green Open Space aims to
provide public facilitiessustainable and not damage the environment. The
benchmark for the success of green open space can be seen from the community's
satisfaction with the green open space around them, so that the utilization of green
open space facilities is maximized. This includes the establishment of the Aman
Dimot Monument in Takengon City, which is a public open space for public
facilities.The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of community
satisfaction with Dimot Aman Park and to see how the relationship between the
level of community satisfaction and the quality of the existing facilities at Dimot
Aman Park in Takengon City. The research method used is methodImportance
Performance Analysis (IPA) by distributing 139 questionnaires to respondents to
measure community satisfaction based on the physical quality of green open
spaces in Aman Dimot Park. testing using 7 indicators; that issociability, user
activity, accessibility, convenience, environmental conditions, green security, and
facility conditions.Based on the results of an analysis of community satisfaction on
the physical quality of green open space in Takengon City, there are several things
that need attention in improving the quality of space so that visitors feel satisfied,
such as the availability of park facilities such as sports facilities and children's play
facilities. In addition, the cleanliness and tidiness of the park, as well as the
condition of the park which is maintained and maintained greatly influences the
activities of the visitors. Quality public open space can make people stay longer
with a wider range of activities. Otherwise, public open space becomes useless and
not successful
